Over the last 15 years our couples have taken us all over the world to capture weddings. While we call Nashville home, we love traveling for weddings and do so often!
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travel looks different for every photographer, but here’s our philosophy: we separate what’s required (airfare, accommodations, rental car, etc.) from the actual cost. This keeps things clear and upfront, while also helping couples see that bringing us along isn’t just an added expense — it’s part of the experience of having us there.
By breaking it out this way, you acknowledge the obvious (yes, travel does cost money) but frame it as collaboration instead of a burden. Couples feel more like they’re investing in your presence rather than paying a fee.
Tip: If travel doesn’t apply to a couple (local wedding, no overnights, etc.), hide this canvas so they only see what’s relevant!
